The Syringe & Cartridge Cleaning Solution -CleanServe
Every inkjet printer will at one time or the other experience nozzle clogging or ink buildup on the print head. Usually, this is caused by ink drying & solidifying or by bubbles in the ink supply line or the nozzle of the printer.
Besides, because most of today's printers can be used for varying applications, the chance of clogging is higher. Hence, we recommend that at least ink-changing should be followed with a cleaning process to avoid poor quality prints, including incomplete lines that may appear.
CleanServe is our low foam, high viscosity cost-effective cleaning solution. It is designed to help you bust and flush out old inks and deposits in order to offer superb protection for your ink supply system & printhead. It is suitable for use with Epson, Mimaki, Roland, wide format printers as well as Epson, HP, Canon & Lexmark Small format printers.
To obtain best results with our inks, we recommend that use it. You may use it on its own or along with the automatic cleaning routines of your printer. It comes in two concentrations, CleanServe I and CleanServe II.
CleanServe I is stronger, and is supplied in bottle with an application syringe for manual application. It may be applied where deposits are extremely dense & hard, especially on your print heads and other printer-sensitive parts.
CleanServe II is supplied in cartridges or in bottles for use via CISS tanks or manually. When used via cartridges or CISS tanks, you simply run and flush your printer as you would when printing.
In either case, we recommend the use of lint-free wipes or cleaning pads supplied
by your printer manufacturer.
