back of a product, in harsh environment. Washing temperatures of up to 95°C].
* Healthcare/Medical & Pharmaceutical - from simple standard paper blank labels on a
drug's bottle to a special polyolefin film labels required for cryogenic freezing
(-120°C) - blood bags, heart monitor pads, patient prescription, virology & genetics
* Electronics, Electrical, & Automotive Durables - Harsh Temperatures, Chemical &
Environments - Information labelling such as serial numbering, model identification,
and caution notices that last for the lifetime of the substrate.
- Substrates: PCBs, airbags, electric drills, home appliances/refrigerators, safety
seating, computer hardware, batteries, cables, phone handsets, parts in contact
with or requiring resistance to brake fluids, anti-freeze, diesel fuels, soap solution,
salt solution, ammonia, petroleum spirit, durable sporting goods, etc.
- Label materials: kapton polyimide for info on circuit boards or in applications
where harsh soldering or process temperatures of up to 538°C; PET white/matt
and Tyvek range for serial numbering, model identification, and caution information
on electric drills, refrigerators, etc
* Security - Tamper-Evident pattern seal labels.
Format of Blanks
* They come in rolls
* Uncut or Die-cut to standard or custom sizes in materials & colours of your choice.
* Produced/indexed with the right gaps or notches or holes, or where appropraite
with black marks or bars to enable the reflective/transmissive sensors of your
printer to detect them. The sensing range & standards of your printer is maintained
* Come with single or double-sided liner material for consistent die cutting & and
ease of dispensing.
