The posting on or sending to or from this Site of any material that is vulgar, threatening, libellous, illegal, harmful, distasteful, pornographic, inflammatory, blasphemous, or that otherwise has the potential to give rise to civil or criminal liability under the law is strictly prohibited.

We do not collect any information about you unless you voluntarily give it to us. For example, we will not email you with exclusive sales, offers, and important marketing news, unless with your prior consent, you as a customer or, in exceptional cases where your data may have arrived in our system through a partner, you confirm your willingness to receive such communication from us. You are always in control of your data.  And in compliance with UK Data Protection Act (1998) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)(2018), we will never sell, rent or lease your information to anyone else or group. The GDPR law impacts on us, our customers, and our technology vendors & cooperating manufacturers around the globe.

The only data that we hold in relation to you are your company details (including company name, contact names, email addresses, telephone & fax numbers, and other data supplied by you as required by our online & offline RFQ/Enquiry forms, newsletter form, and online contact form. These data are necessary because they enable us to process your enquiries and orders and to administer your account so that any contractual obligation(s) between your company or yourself and our company are fulfilled. All such data that we hold are stored securely within highly secured servers and protected by state-of-the-art IT security software and firewalls of the platforms & data centres of our service providers whilst our trading relationship with you is alive, and, in compliance with the GDPR, for seven years thereafter if for any reason the relationship is terminated.
Besides, metadata files & sensitive (e.g., credit/debit card) data transmission between your browsers, our sites, and the servers of our web design/hosting and payment service providers (see below) are secure & encrypted. Similarly, the forms on our sites are sensitised to prevent JavaScript injection attacks, and our sites as a whole use the latest SSL certification whilst the collection and storage of sensitive payment data are undertaken by payment service providers only.

We work in partnership with several third parties, such as Service Providers, Developers, Couriers, Social Media, and Affiliates.  All of these parties are independent of us and do not act on our behalf. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content on websites that are owned by a partner or its associates and linked to our websites.

Some of these third parties (Google, Bing,  PayPal, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, DHL, DPD, & FedEx) offer data analytical services to us and, as with Paypal & Google, payment platforms to enable you to pay for our goods online. They have servers that may gather information that do not in themselves identify specific individuals. They may gather information about where you visit on our Sites (i.e., the Universal Resource Locator or URL of the page visited), the URL of the site you are coming from and going, and also identify the location of your PC (i.e., its IP address and country). The use of such information will usually be as stated above, and in the interest of both the visitor and Agency Shop, except in the unlikely circumstances of a third party using it for purposes unknown or undisclosed to Agency Shop or www.inkribbonpaper.co.uk.

To guard against the latter scenario, we have set, through our accounts at the known sites of the above three service providers (Google, Bing & PayPal), a short time period (of up to 38months) for the retention of the data of our site users in the analytics servers of the service providers.

We advise all users & visitors to our sites to check out the terms of use and or terms & conditions of use of the sites of our partners including social media companies whose social sharing plug-ins we use to allow our customers & visitors to share certain pages of our sites on social media. For example, the terms & conditions of use of data that may be collected by any of the above third parties or parties linked via external links to our sites apply here as on their sites and are available at their sites.

Call-off-Orders

These non-standard o
rders enable us to supply high volume consumables in regular, multiple deliveries to our customers.  Usually this is undertaken against advance payment or, in the case of customers with proven payment credentials, credit line (s)  via proforma invoice at pre-agreed price, location, and period.

Goods under this arrangement are produced to customer order and the order is confirmed when ownership of the goods passes to the customer.  Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the customer howsoever arising, the risk in the goods and ownership of the goods under our call-off orders shall, unlike with standard orders, pass to the customer on the earlier of the production of the goods or delivery of the goods or payment of our proforma invoice amount as billed for each part delivery/shipment.

Typically, unless expressly agreed to the contrary, our call-off agreements - whether in text or email or letterhead format - shall be binding on all parties. The orders are bound by the terms and conditions of use of this website and/or any other general or specific trading terms and conditions stated elsewhere but are associated with each call-off arrangement.  Each party agrees with the other that part-shipments or deliveries should be made in equal installments, and, if for any reason a short-supply occurs, such short supply should be made up in subsequent shipment.

Besides, each party to the agreement undertakes to do all acts and execute all documents which may give effect to the meaning of the call-off agreement.  Each party also undertakes to take reasonable care to ensure that in the performance of its obligations it does not disrupt the operations of the other.  This includes not failing to communicate any actual or potential disruptive action or refusing, in the case of the customer, to accept deliveries when delivery due dates are not met because of circumstances beyond our control or the suspension of the supply of goods by us for failure of a credit line customer to pay undisputed sums of money (whether in whole or in part) for an earlier delivery.

The customer may request refund or suspension of deliveries if part or all the goods are defective and Agency Shop or Ink Ribbon Paper are unable to replace the goods, having duly been notified and, upon receipt of the goods from the customer, have tested, verified & approved the authenticity & ownership of the goods.
