Thermal Transfer Near Edge Flexible Packaging Ribbon: DECORATION

#AS5014TTR-CSP330T87. Super premium - high density, high heat & abrasion resistant - durable & contrasting black, near edge, thermal transfer resin ribbon, 110mm x 600m, for printing high resolution, variable data marks on a variety of metallised & non-metallised films widely used in pharmaceutical and food production environments.


Substrates: Shiny decorative metallised and non-metallic plastic (top coated PET, polypropylene, polyethylene. PVC) films.

Print Quality:

  • Maximum durability
  • Good rub, smudge, scratch, and resistance to moderate chemicals (bleach, isopropyl,
    ..... cleaner) and water & oils associated with food production
  • Prints well on metallised/textured rough & standard thermal transfer printable plastic
    ..... surfaces .
  • Produces sharp, solid small barcodes on small labels and high density black images,
    ..... legible on decorative warn colour (yellow, etc) substrates.
  • Withstands heat in tunnel passages, autoclave, and similar applications where
    ..... temperature resistance of up to 150°C is required.
  • No image ghosting, No heavy metals, and no halogen


    • Typical Applications: include over-printing at medium to high speed (up to legible & durable brilliant images & text information on ● decorative gold or silver metallised PE or PP or PET films for heat seal-able food bags of confectionery, salty snacks, coffee, popcorn, sugar, pet food, sauces, nuts, chip, cheese, produce, & candy ● attractive plain or coated synthetic (PE, PP, PET) films/pouches/cook or boil-in-the-bag for packaging pharmaceuticals/Nutraceuticals ● silver/gold metallic coated/laminated paper with high tack acrylic based adhesive [service temp. up to 120°C] for the production of microwavable bags ● metallised PE films for ready-made meat/pork/chicken packaging. ● metallised woven PE for packaging for Clothing.

    Near Edge Printers: include Videojet Dataflex 6530/6420/6330/6320/6230/6210/plus; Markem Imaje SmartData 3 & 5, 5/128; etc
